Short fartlek for Thursday. It rained the night before, so the trail was still wet, and there were much fewer people around. I decreased my 5k baseline to 24 minutes, and my app adjusted my medium and slow pace targets. Here are my results:

I felt great on all my fast intervals and on most recoveries. Another one in the books. Time to stretch, hydrate, and rest.
