Monday was ladder fartlek day. I love these fartlek runs, because they change it up and keep it fun, not to mention challenging. Yes, that is me actually stretching my groin. I was basically born without flexibility. (insert crying laughing emoji)













The workout was 30 minutes long, and I ran a total of 3.51 miles on Lucille Trail and Silver Comet Trail. Here are my interval paces. And the app definitely means minutes and not miles, as in, I started with a 6 minute warm-up at a pace of 9:07.
