Shoes
I wear the Nike Air Zoom Winflo 5 running shoes. I picked these up a couple of years ago, and I've loved them ever since. They are extremely comfortable and provide excellent spring for your step. At the time I bought them, I was playing indoor volleyball every week. Maybe my old tennis shoes were dead when I got these, but I immediately noticed an improvement in my game.

My only complaint is about the laces, but those can be replaced. Even in double knots, they come undone easily. I've been able to avoid this by tucking the laced underneath themselves.
